As founder and president of All India Mission, NJ oversees all aspects of the work in India. He also administers all funding to All India Mission’s native missionaries and various ministries. He spends approximately four months a year in India teaching, preaching, counseling, and providing leadership for over 650 native pastors and evangelists. He is currently overseeing the construction of All India Mission’s 200-bed, state-of-the-art medical center in Simdega, India. NJ travels extensively in the United States in an effort to build a bridge between the US and India. He is also responsible for casting vision and developing ministerial, evangelistic, and fundraising strategies for All India Mission.
Ellen has a variety of responsibilities, including managing the All India Mission office in the United States. She writes, edits, and designs the monthly newsletter; she also creates most of the graphics for All India Mission. She is responsible for the accounting at All India Mission, and for the programming and management of the database. She serves on All India Mission’s Board of Trustees as both the secretary and treasurer, and is head of All India Mission’s US Advisory Board for Shanti Bhavan Medical Center.
Will is responsible for various administrative tasks including data entry, editing, and logistics. He works to maintain and improve effective communication with those who invest in the ministry of All India Mission. Will oversees and updates All India Mission’s website and works to promote All India Mission in a variety of ways, including arranging and coordinating speaking engagements for NJ in the United States. He also travels with or on behalf of President Varughese, to make contacts and communicate the vision and work of the ministry.
Jerry heads up a major part of the fundraising – both in grant writing and networking – to cultivate new relationships with individuals and organizations. He is currently working to secure funding for each phase of the medical center, and he is responsible for developing and maintaining the budgets for each phase. Jerry is also responsible for projecting All India Mission’s annual budget, and he serves on All India Mission’s Advisory Board, offering input, feedback and insight for the direction of the ministry.
Julia is responsible for researching and finding new funding sources for All India Mission’s existing ministries as well as All India Mission’s medical center. Her primary areas of research are Christian and secular foundations, corporations, and individuals who have a heart for ministries like All India Mission. She works on grant writing, and is responsible for tracking all activity with newly discovered funding sources. Julia works to maintain contact and correspondence with funding organizations and individuals.
